My email or Instagram was hacked. Can you get it back?

Usually yes, and I lock down everything connected to it. It's a flat $249. If it genuinely can't be recovered after I assess it, you only pay a $99 assessment fee.

I clicked a phishing link. Am I in trouble?

Maybe. What matters is what happened next: did you enter a password, approve a prompt, or install anything? Tell me and I'll help you check and contain it.

Can you tell if my phone is hacked or being tracked?

I can check for the realistic stuff: stalkerware, rogue device profiles, and account-level compromise. I'll tell you honestly what I find.
