Who it helps

Businesses running day-to-day operations on Microsoft 365 who are not certain their settings still match how the business actually works today.

What's included

  • Review of identity and sign-in configuration, including multi-factor authentication coverage and legacy authentication.
  • Review of administrative roles and privileged access — who can do what, and whether that still matches current staff.
  • Review of email authentication and mail flow rules that affect deliverability and phishing resistance.
  • Review of file-sharing defaults, including external sharing and guest access settings.
  • Review of account recovery paths, so a lockout does not become a business interruption.

What you receive

  • A written summary of current configuration and identified gaps, in plain business language.
  • A staged plan for closing gaps, sequenced to avoid disrupting daily work or legitimate external collaboration.
  • A handover note recording what changed, when, and why — for your records or your next provider.

How the engagement works

  1. 01

    Assessment

We review configuration with read access and document what we find, separate from any recommendation to change it.

  2. 02

    Staged changes

Agreed changes are made in stages, accounting for licensing dependencies and the risk of disrupting active work.

  3. 03

    Verification & handover

Each change is verified after it is made, and the full set of changes is documented in a handover you keep.

Boundaries & prerequisites

  • This is a review and hardening engagement, not a managed IT helpdesk — day-to-day support is out of scope.
  • Some changes depend on your current Microsoft 365 licensing tier; where a control requires a higher tier, that is flagged rather than assumed.
  • Changes that would break a specific, legitimate business workflow are raised with you before being made.
